The sprawling New Zealand mega-mansion that was rented by internet mogul Kim Dotcom’s home is up for sale for $21.7 million, but could go for up to $40 million.

The property features 2,375 square metres of living space, spanning four levels with 12 bedrooms, including seven ensuites. The home features a grand staircase, dressing circle and Olympic-sized pool as well as a replica of James Bond’s Casino Royale poker table.

“There is something for everyone’s interests – a wine cellar, a library, a billiards room, a present wrapping room, an outdoor pool and hot pool, and tennis courts to name just a few” says listing agent Christina Tang of Barfoot & Thompson.

The property also boasts a barn and a cottage-style guest home that includes a garage for up to 10 cars.
