Check Out Drake’s $7.7 million LA Home

According to Curbed, Drake purchased a 7,444-square-foot house in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles, a gated neighborhood next to Calabasas for $7.7 million one year ago.

The estate originally hit the market in 2009 for the whopping asking price of $27 million, a sum that Los Angeles real estate blog Curbedcalled “absolutely ludicrous.” It fell to $9.95 million later that year, and after a few more price drops, Drake made his move.

The home has 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, and it also features a large wine cellar and tasting room that have a Gothic design and appearance, gym, theater, a small library, fire place, game room to play pool and etc.

The outside of Drake’s luxury home and property also offers much to do and see like tennis court, sand volleyball court, mechanical bull, 5-stall horse facilities with a riding area, and one of the most luxurious pools in the world, with its own grottos, it was designed to outdo Hugh Hefner’s notorious Playboy Mansion pool.
